The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival!!! The air conditioning was too loud, making it hard to sleep!!! The refrigerator settings froze my food!!!

During my four-night stay as a solo traveler, I had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the amenities like the gym and the large, clean pool area. I especially loved that breakfast included hot items like eggs and hashbrowns, which made for a hearty start to my day. Plus, the hotel was a short walk away from Sheppard Family Park, perfect for leisurely strolls.

During my stay, the hotel was perfectly situated just a short walk from Sheppard Family Park, where I enjoyed leisurely strolls surrounded by nature, and I loved grabbing breakfast at Smitty's Restaurant, which was only a couple of minutes away. it really made exploring the town so convenient!

The view of the canola field from my room was lovely, but the AC was too noisy.

On the downside, the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, making it hard to sleep peacefully at times. I also faced a frustrating wait for housekeeping to deliver necessary items during my stay. Overall, there’s great potential, but a few service improvements would enhance the experience significantly.

Staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help. However, our room had a noticeable cigarette smell that was quite unpleasant.

ramada was a great choice for our family! we booked last minute and arrived early morning, but the staff was super accommodating and made us feel right at home. the queen room was clean and comfy, and the pool was a hit with the kids!
